Where's the defense???
Yesterday was a really good day in Durham!! UNH 52 Dartmouth 31. BUT...UNH didn't win that game with much help from their defense. Holes, holes, holes---even I could see them and that's pretty bad. However, the game was so much fun. We scored on the very first play of the game--then again about 3 minutes in because of an interception near Dartmouth's goal line. The first half was close but the second half was all UNH. The second team (or whatever they're called) went in early on and did a pretty good job. The quarterback scored his first touchdown ever for UNH--very exciting. Next week we have a tough one away against Richmond.. Summer has officially gone---our boat is out, all winterized and stored up top of the driveway--so sad. Snowshoe time is coming!! No pictures this time--I forgot how to do them.

Maybe you should be the coach!
You think.....I know I could do it. We probably wouldn't win any games but we'd have fun. You could help me--give you something differnet to do--and bring Glacier. And some of the guys are really cute!!!

that was a very insightful write up - much better than sportscenter these days - its 80 up here this week so summer's hanging around..though i did just close up the pool yesterday...i agree -so very sad...
if you were the coach you would never punt...you always wanted them to go for it!

Oh Grandma I would love to come help you coach! I will be the team stylist, and make sure they all look good. Glacier will be there to keep the spirits up, even if the games are tough. He can make anybody smile.
I agree, you should do a write-up after every game!
